Basic Info
- All classes will qualify.
- All feature races will be 20 laps.
- Kart entry fee is $40 (includes the $5 transponder fee)
- 100% payback (minus $5 transponder fee) to the top 4 in each class: 1st = 50%, 2nd = 25%, 3rd = 15% and 4th = 10%. 1st place will also receive a trophy.
- Rookie entry fee will be $20 (includes the $5 transponder fee) and all Rookie entrants will receive a trophy.
- GMP will add $50 to every 10 entries in a class.
- 16 karts will start in the feature.
- Open tire rule (except for Rookies) but the tires must be ‘slicks’, no grooved tires.
- Mufflers ARE required in all classes?
- ALL JR. Classes must run WKA plates.
- ALL classes (except for the clones) can run WKA or IKF engine rules for the Ice-Breaker. If you are running an IKF engine, you must talk with our Tech Man (Randy Schotts) before qualifying. IKF engines will only be allowed at GMP for the Ice-Breaker and FIRESTONE Gulf Coast Tri-State Series races. If you have tech questions, please call Randy Schotts at 251-824-7983.
- All CLONE classes will be ‘teched’ according to the rules listed on the GMP web-site.
- Birth certificates (copy is fine) are required for all drivers under the age of 15.
- “Race age” is the driver’s age as of Dec. 20, 2009.
Gate fees for 2010 (same as last year)
- 5 and under are free (unless the 5 year old is racing)
- 6 to 12 years old - $7.00
- 13 and over - $12.00

$250 to the Jr. Pro Class – Bridal and Formal Boutique-House of Tux
$250 to the Sr. Pro Class – Bridal and Formal Boutique-House of Tux
