G.M.P. September 12th (11th points race)

Ladies and Gents,

GMP will be back in action this Saturday for our 11th Points Race of the 2009 season.

As we have done for the last few races, all of the adult classes (Gold and Jr. Clone Champ also) will qualify and the Jr. Classes (and Micro-Sprints) will run heat races.

Don’t forget that Gulfport Logistics will offer $50 cash to the pole sitter in the Clone Flat-Kart Class and they will also ‘refund’ the $30 entry fee to any ‘new’ GMP Clone Flat Kart Racer that qualifies and races in the feature. (In order for a driver to qualify for the ‘refund’, this must be the first time in 2009 that he/she has raced in the Clone Flat Kart Class at GMP in 2009).

Gates will open at 1:00 p.m.
Practice will begin at 3:00 p.m.
Heats/Qualifying will begin at 5:00 p.m.

I’ll start working on the line-up and should have it posted tomorrow afternoon.

Ladies and Gents - BAD NEWS - I just spoke with Ronald and today's racing program has been cancelled due to all of the wet stuff.

We'll be back in action on Sept. 26th.
